Our Customer Service team is here for you Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM (Central Standard Time) 

Website orders are accepted 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.   Shipments are processed ONLY Monday through Friday excluding holidays.


Domestic Shipping Options

We offer four shipping options for orders within the United States:  UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground Shipping, and USPS when applicable. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to locations outside the USA.

Shipping & Delivery

  • UPS Ground service (1-6  business days) to anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States
  • USPS (up to 10 business days) anywhere in the United States.
  • Items will be processed within (2) business days of receipt of cleared payment. 
  • Items will only be shipped to a physical U.S. address. 
  • For security reasons, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • We Do Not Ship Outside the U.S.
  • We Do Not Ship Internationally.

Expected Shipping Time and Requirements for Each Shipping Option

Please note: 'Business Days' are Monday through Friday; ITW Construction Service & Parts does not process orders on Saturday or Sunday, nor do our carriers deliver on these days.  Tracking information will be e-mailed to you after your order has shipped. 

  • Next Day Air
    • Signature upon delivery required
    • Note: If you order Friday before 12PM CST a next day air package will arrive on Monday. If you order Friday after 12PM CST, a next day air package will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday
  • 2nd Day Air
    • Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
    • Signature upon delivery required
  • Ground Shipping
    • Order processing time is 1-2 business days; most items are delivered within (5-10) business days
    • A few select items require freight delivery at an additional cost 
    • Not available to Alaska or Hawaii

Expedited/Express Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: All expedited/express shipments will require a signature for delivery.  Some expedited items will take up to 1 business day to process before they are sent out to shipping.

ITW Construction Service and Parts reserves the right to change its privacy policy and statement in the future to comply with applicable law or otherwise. 

Returns & Replacements for Parts

All returns on parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Exceptions to the policy will be made for defective parts and/or errors by us (wrong item shipped or data error on site).

Electrical parts (e.g. Electrical Spark Units, Molded Circuit  Assemblies and Fan Motors) are not eligible for return unless prior authorization is made before returning. To receive authorization contact a member of the ITW Construction Parts® tech support group ( or 1-800-222-6990).

All return requests must be made within 30 days of shipment date

All returns must have prior authorization.

To return an item, just follow these easy steps:

  • Email us ( to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned merchandise must be received by our warehouse within 10 days of issuing the RMA.
  • Place a copy of your invoice in the box and write your RMA number on the invoice. This helps us expedite the processing of your return and allows us to refund your money promptly.
  • Please print the RMA number in large, bold print on the outside of the box.

Retain your shipping receipt; i.e. UPS or parcel post, so that you can track the status of your return back to our warehouse.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning the item. When we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Approximately 7 to 10 business days after that you should see the credit on your credit card.  The credit will be for the amount of the merchandise ordered less the 20% restocking fee. Please note, that we do not reimburse you for any of the shipping and handling charges associated with your original order.


Paslode tools are designed to be used with Paslode fasteners or fasteners designed to Paslode’s specifications.  Using fasteners not manufactured by Paslode or not meeting Paslode’s specifications may void the tool warranty and result in poor tool performance or damage to the tool.

We want you to be 100% satisfied.  We offer a 30-day WORKMANSHIP warranty.  We DO NOT warrant against cosmetic defects as these tools are "used" tools.  

After 30 days any required service of the refurbished tool can be done at any Paslode Authorized service center at owner's expense.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or an item that is not working properly within the 30 warranty period, please contact us at 800-222-6990 or  Our Technical Services Department will assist with troubleshooting before we issue an RMA . We may offer a like-kind exchange or a refund.  


Sales Tax

We must add sales tax to all orders because ITW Construction Service and Parts is a division of Illinois Tools Works which is located in each of the 50 states in the United States.

Payment Types We Accept

ITW Construction Service and Parts accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for online parts orders at   Phone orders are NOT accepted.

What Happens Once My Order is Placed?

Once you have completed the check-out process on our website, you will be informed on the progress of your order and will be sent emails confirming the following processes:

  1. Order Acknowledgement  

     After your order has been received you will get an email that acknowledged you have placed an order with ITW Construction Service and Parts.
  2. Order Shipped

Tracking numbers are sent via email. Once obtained, you can check that status of your package at anytime through

After you have received your order you have 30 days to return the item if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All returns on parts are subject to a 20%restocking fee.

Please Note: After 30 days, purchases made from ITW Construction Service and Parts are no longer covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you should see an order receipt displayed. This receipt contains details about your order.

Very shortly, you should receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department by the next business day after placing your order.  We may be able to cancel your order.

If your order has already been shipped or cannot be cancelled, you may simply refuse the package once it arrives.  If you attempt to cancel an order within the allotted time (one business day after placing the order), no restocking fee will be charged if the package is refused.

However, if you did not contact Customer Service within the allotted time, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed to your refund.
