Payment Types We Accept
ITW Construction Service and Parts accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for online orders at http://www.itwconstructionparts.com. Phone orders are NOT accepted.
What Happens Once My Order is Placed?
Once you have completed the check-out process on our website, you will be informed of the progress of your order and will be sent emails confirming the following processes:
Order Acknowledgement
After your order has been received you will get an email that acknowledged you have placed an order with ITW Construction Service and Parts.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you should see an order receipt displayed. This receipt contains details about your order.
Very shortly, you should receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department by the next business day after placing your order. We may be able to cancel your order.
